Do I need to book in advance?

Pre-booking is essential. Once your payment is confirmed, your spot is guaranteed. You can book online or by calling or messaging our booking team. You can book on the day if there are spaces available, but we have limited spaces so its advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Yes once you make a purchase, the system will automatically create an account for you. You can then access this account to make changes to your order up to 24 hours before it starts. Any problems, please contact our customer service team. 

Flexible Cancellations: Life happens — we get it! Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before a booking. Changes or refunds within 24 hours of a booking may not be possible, but we’ll always try our best to help.

Comfortable clothing and shoes depending on the activity/weather. 

For sunny weather, bring sunscreen, hat, sun glasses, and clothes /shoes that are suitable for the activity. 

For cold weather, bring warm clothes, waterproofs and suitable shoes for the activity. 

Our activities are robust and physically demanding, so please ensure you have had enough food and drink to fuel your adventure.

Before Booking

How can I book?

You can click the “BOOK NOW” button in the top right of the screen or click on “Activities” or “Group Bookings” in the menu. We have a dedicated events team who are here to help with larger groups. 

If you need other assistance, please contact us through the whatsapp prompt at the bottom right of the page or through “Contact Us” in the menu.

Before Your Adventure

Can I manage my booking online?

Yes once you make a purchase, the system will automatically create an account for you. You can then access this account to make changes to your order up to 24 hours before it starts. Any problems, please contact our customer service team. 

Follow this process to re-schedule your adventure.

Log in to your Adventis account.
In the menu on the left select ‘My Bookings’, and then ‘Upcoming Bookings’.
You will then see a list of your bookings, select ‘Re-book’.
Follow the onscreen prompts to select a new session.
Please note that there is a £5 fee for re-scheduling a booking within 7 days of your session. Bookings closer than 48 hours cannot be re-scheduled.

Group Bookings

What’s included in Group Bookings

You can book an experience for a large group by going to “Group Bookings” in the menu.

Every group event experience is different and tailored to meet the needs of the group. You can choose any activity on our website and we’ll customise it to your group’s schedule.  From there you can add your choice of catering options, photographer, videographer, DJ,  Team Development Activities and more to create your VIP experience. Any additional requirements, please contact our customer service team. 

Gift Vouchers

How can I buy a gift voucher?

You can buy gift vouchers in the checkout. If you go to an activity, in the checkout tab there is an option for gift vouchers. You can choose any amount as a gift voucher and it will be applied to the account. 

Once you have entered your personal details you will be taken to the payment screen, please input your  gift voucher code. Click ‘check amount’ and then ‘redeem’.

If it doesn’t work, please ensure you are not inputting the code in to the ‘promo code’ box.

Yes, you can apply more than one gift card to payments on the website, at site or by calling our team.

Lisbon Adventure Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
