Booking & Cancellation Policy

1 Booking Made Simple:
Book your adventure in advance.  Once your payment is confirmed, your spot is guaranteed.

2 Flexible Cancellations:
Life happens — we get it! Full refunds or reschedules are available up to 24 hours before a booking. Changes or refunds within 24 hours of a booking may not be possible, but we’ll always try our best to help.

3  Need to Reschedule:
 You can move your booking to another available date free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the start time. Changes within 24 hours may not be possible, but we’ll always try our best to help.

4 Weather & Safety:
If the weather or safety conditions aren’t right, we’ll either: Reschedule your tour for another date, or offer a full refund — your choice. Your safety (and fun) comes first! 

5 Come Prepared:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early at the meeting point. Bring the recommended gear listed in your booking confirmation. Activities have minimum fitness requirements — if you’re unsure, just ask us before booking. 

6 Insurance Recommendation:
While we take every precaution for a safe adventure, we recommend you have travel insurance that covers outdoor activities. 

7 Waiver:
By signing up and attending this event, you and your guests or minors (if applicable) accept that activities can be dangerous and fully assume all risks associated with such participation, including travel to and from the event. You agree to be responsible for your own safety and equipment. You and your successors agree to hold all organizers and other partners associated with this event harmless and not responsible in the event of equipment loss or damage, injury or death and waive any claim that may result from your participation in this event.
